# Quick & Easy Stir-Fry
## Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb protein of choice (chicken, beef, tofu), cubed
- 3 cups mixed vegetables
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Rice for serving
## Instructions
1. Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
2. Add protein and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add vegetables and garlic, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
4. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Add to pan.
5. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
6. Serve over rice.
